These grass-finished lamb bones are ideal for making deeply nourishing bone broth with a rich, savory flavor you just can’t get from store-bought stock. Our lambs are pasture-raised and finished on grass, resulting in clean, mild-flavored bones that make a broth that’s robust without being gamey. Add a splash of apple cider vinegar, simmer low and slow, and let the bones do the work.
