Grass-Finished Chuck Roast

Our grass-finished bone-in chuck roast adds flavor to the already delicious cut of beef. It is excellent in a slow cooker as a pot roast or on a smoker low and slow to create a tender and juicy roast. A chuck roast needs more cook time to break down the marbling and connective tissues - but it is worth the wait!
