October Beef Pre-Order

Reserve your favorite beef cuts before our October beef is added to general inventory.
 
Choose the cut you would like to reserve and the number of packages you’re requesting. Because individual package weights are not known until processing is complete, your payment serves as a deposit toward your order.
 
Once the beef is processed, your final total will be calculated using the actual packaged weight. Any remaining balance will be due before pickup or delivery. Package sizes vary, and selecting a cut does not guarantee a specific package weight.
 
Preordering gives you first access to your preferred cuts before they are released into general inventory.
