• 1 Boneless Boston Butt - Perfect for slow cooking, smoking, or pulled pork.
• 4 Packages of Pork Chops - Choose Center Cut, Ribeye, or a mix of both.
• 1 Package of St. Louis Ribs - Meaty ribs made for the smoker, grill, or oven.
• 4 Packages of Bacon - Choose from available bacon varieties.
• 4 Packages of Sausage - Choose from available sausage flavors.
• 3 Packages of Brats - Choose from available brats.
 
Approximately 25 pounds of pork, with final weight varying slightly by individual cuts.
