Heritage Pork Bundles

Fill your freezer with pasture-raised heritage pork Each bundle includes an assortment of bacon, sausage, brats, pork chops, Boston butt, St. Louis–style ribs, bacon ends and your choice of cured ham or additional sausage.
 
Choose Your Bundle Size
Whole Hog Bundle 
Approximately 100-120 pounds of packaged pork.
Half Hog Bundle 
Approximately 50-60 pounds of packaged pork.
Quarter Hog Bundle 
Approximately 25-30 pounds of packaged pork.

Ham, Sausage, Brat, and Bacon Preferences
After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss how you would like your ham processed.
Whole-hog customers may: Keep two whole cured hams, divide the hams into four half hams, keep one whole ham and send the other to grind, send both hams to grind
Half-hog customers may: Keep one whole cured ham, divide the ham into two half ham, or send the ham to grind
Quarter-hog customers may: Keep one cured half ham, send the half ham to grind
 
Any ham sent to grind will be returned as additional sausage included in your bundle. Your total sausage quantity will increase based on the amount of ham you choose to grind. We will also discuss the available sausage, bacon, and brat flavors with you.
 
Every animal is different. Final weights, cut sizes and package counts will vary naturally. Whole bundles contain approximately 100-120 pounds, half bundles approximately 50-60 pounds and quarter bundles approximately 25-30 pounds of packaged pork.
