Bone-In Arm Roast
Bone-in arm roast is a hearty, old-fashioned cut with deep beef flavor and a satisfying, slow-cooked texture. Cut from the shoulder, it’s leaner than chuck roast but becomes tender and juicy when given plenty of time to cook low and slow. The bone adds extra richness to the cooking juices, making it especially good for classic pot roast and comforting family meals.
Raised on pasture and grass finished as part of our regenerative grazing program, this is wholesome, flavorful beef that rewards a little patience.
