Because boxes are carefully planned and packed ahead of time, substitutions are not available on delivery day. This allows us to operate efficiently and fairly for all members.
Pausing, Canceling & Missed Deliveries
We understand that family schedules change. Memberships may be paused or canceled with advance notice. To allow proper planning and packing, requests must be submitted at least three days in advance by contacting info@carterjamesranch.com or 913-379-4600. If we are not notified in time, your box will still be prepared and charged. Missed deliveries may be redirected to charity.
