Ground Lamb
Our ground lamb comes from 100% grass-finished Katahdin sheep raised on open pasture right here in Kansas. The lambs are never fed grain, never confined, and are raised with care from birth to harvest.
Grass-finished lamb has a rich, clean flavor that’s noticeably different from conventional lamb, more complex, less greasy, and deeply satisfying. It’s naturally higher in omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and it reflects the health of the pasture it comes from.
Our ground lamb is a versatile staple for everyday cooking, perfect for meatballs, burgers, shepherd’s pie, tacos, and Mediterranean dishes. It cooks beautifully, stays tender, and brings depth to simple meals.
