Are you ready to try the "salmon of the land"? Lamb is one of the most nutritious red meats available and boasts an excellent fatty acid profile, which is why it is often referred to as the "salmon of the land."
Our Katahdin lambs are 100% grass-fed and rotationally grazed, allowing them to benefit from a variety of grasses on our properties. Unlike traditional sheep, Katahdins are meat lambs, not wool lambs. They develop a wool-like coat during the winter, but this coat sheds in the spring, so we do not shear them for wool.
Experience the rich flavor and nutritional benefits of our Katahdin lamb, raised with care and rotational grazing practices that benefit both the animal and the land.
